Tracking & Delivery

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details. Carrier scans can take a short time to update after the first pickup.

  • Tracking shows “Label Created”: the shipment is prepared; the first scan appears after pickup.
  • Tracking is moving slowly: transit updates may pause between hubs—this is normal during transfers.
  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: check your mailbox, front desk, and nearby drop-off areas first, then contact us.

Order Changes

If you need to update an item, shipping address, or contact information, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust before the order enters fulfillment or ships.

  • Item updates: include the item name and the change request (size, variant, or quantity).
  • Timing matters: once a shipment is in transit, changes may be limited by the carrier.

Cancellations
